“ this was my favorite pasta place and now it's gone ): i know it's combined with the new place but it's not the same you cant add meats into the pasta at all anymore and the options are way more limited now it would have been nice if they kept more of the sorellas concept of build your own pasta ”
“ Wow!! I am a homemade pasta snob after living in NYC. This place did not disappoint. Elizabetta's and Louis Bossi can't compete. I have searched high and low for quality Cavatelli and I found it here. Such good texture and portion was amazing. And I got to make it how I wanted it! So good. I rarely rave but had to drop this review because they deserve it. And this was delivery! Will order again soon ”
“ We were craving pasta so wanted to try Sorella out. located in the Delray market, their little shop is adorable. The sign on the wall was so cute and definitely a good spot for pictures. The Rigatoni with vodka sauce was a bit expensive at $15 but the portion was big enough for me and my fiancé to split. The pasta was delicious. So tender and cooked perfectly. The vodka sauce was also great super creamy and full of flavor. I really enjoyed this spot in the Delray market. We will be coming back and we look forward to trying other pastas and different sauces! ”

“ Came back to the Delray Beach Market to try this vendor out again with a new combination in mind. If you haven't been, it's a cool build-your-own, freshly made pasta place. Last time I came the prices didn't really match the serving size, however they have updated their containers and portions to match, which I was pleased with. This time I tried the Orecchiette with Alfredo sauce and added meatballs, basil and seasonings. It was delicious! Super creamy and perfectly cooked. Overall, I love the concept and it definitely cures any quick pasta craving! ”
“ Sorellas pasta was amazing!!! Upon the first bite, I could tell the ingredients were fresh. They make the pasta right in the store at the window! I upgraded to the Bolognese sauce. Well worth it! There was a lot of meat in the sauce and it was topped with fresh parm. They also have a selection of can wines foe only $10. Each wine can is about 2 glasses so this is a great deal! If you go to any other bar in the market, 1 glass will cost you at least $11. Go for the white! ”
